Creamed Coconut Macaroons - Kokuszcsok

Ingredients:
  • 500 g creamed coconut, chilled - kokusz krem, hidegen
  • 2 egg whites - tojasfeherje
  • 90 g caster sugar - porcukor
  • 75 g desiccated coconut - kokuszreszelek
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a large baking sheet with baking parchment. Finely grate the creamed coconut. Use an electric beater to whisk the egg whites in a large bowl until stiff. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, to make a stiff and glossy meringue. Fold in the grated creamed and desiccated coconut, using large, metal spoon. Place dessertspoonfuls of the mixture, spaced lightly apart, on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until slightly risen and golden brown. Leave to cool on the parchement, then transfer to an airtight container.
Megjegyzes: egyszer majd talan leforditom, de most mar keso van:) Amugy a recept nem irja, de legkevereses sutoben csak 165 °C-on sussuk a sutiket! Kulonben ugy jar az ember lanya, mint en:)
